After ordering, in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Dyed-to-order items with ship within 10-15 business days.
All shipping is done by USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at check out based on weight and shipping speed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Average shipping times within the U.S. is 3-5 days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 days for Priority Shipping, and international shipping is 6-10 days for Priority Mail and 3-5 days for Priority Express.
After an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Modus Operandi Fibers is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS claims regarding lost or damaged packages or other issues with your shipment. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to re-order items after a claim has been filed with USPS.
For interrnational orders, the customer is responsible for customs fees or any additional costs. Packages may be held at customs for longer than the expected delivery time.
Returns are accepted if you were sent the wrong item or there is a quality issue with your purchase. MO Fibers is unable to accomodate other returns at this time.

Recipes are followed to maintain color consistency, and care is taken to ensure that photos are true to color. However, each and every skein will be unique. Different monitors may show colors differently. Slight variations will occur between skiens and dye lots. Natural dye is naturally variable, it's part of what make dyeing and knitting with it so fun! Alternate rows for larger projects to avoid color blocking. Always purchase enough yarn to complete your project.
While all the dye is tested for colorfastness and lightfastness, and garden botanicals are researched for their long-term light fastness, darker dyes and garden botanicals may fade slightly over years. This fading should be minimal. If you notice large amounts of color bleeding or fast fading, please email email@example.com.

Each week, there is a limited number of skeins that can be dyed-to-order. If the weekly cap has been reached, dyed-to-order items will be listed as 'out of stock'. This ensure quality for each and every skein dyed.
